Purchase a Puppy

Thank you for your interest in Ever After's Australian Labradoodles. We're thrilled to share this lovable breed with you. Please be thorough when completing the application. We are selective in choosing homes that best match the needs of our families and puppies; so each question is equally important to us.

And the fun begins…

Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, a nonrefundable deposit of $500 is due to save your place in line. The dates of applications along with received deposits will establish positions on the final reservation list. Ever After will establish a time with each family who would like to visit the puppies - ideally between 6-7 weeks of age. At that point, although every puppy is extraordinary, you may (but are not required to) choose your top four picks; being aware of no guarantees. Why no guarantees? Although both your position on the reservation list and your top four picks will be respected and prioritized, Ever After must ask you to trust that we know the puppies intimately and need to be a significant participant in the final decision-making process. Ever After has the advantage of an unbiased look at each puppy’s personality (aside from aesthetics) as well as each puppy’s evaluation specifics that would provide the best match for individual families. After 8-week evaluations, families will be contacted with puppy allocations. However, prior to assigning puppies, Ever After must first reserve the right to possibly keep 1-2 top-scoring breeder pups from each litter for the further development of the breeding program. These breeder puppies will be assigned to selected Guardian families. (Learn more about the Guardian program here) Of the remaining adorable puppies, one will be appointed to you. Your deposit will go toward the puppy purchase price of $3,800 plus WA state tax (8.9%, required by WA state law). Final payments are due 3 weeks prior to puppy pickup. After essential time with mother and litter mates, puppies will go home the first weekend after 8-week evaluations and first vet appointment. All travel expenses incurred by buyer and/or puppy are the buyer’s responsibility. All adult family members (at least) are expected at puppy pickup (plan a 1 hour visit) since contract information is discussed, and signatures are needed. Families are expected to adjust their schedules to accommodate one of the established pickup dates (known well in advance). If the puppy pickup dates are not convenient for a family, either there will be a $50 charge for each additional day the breeder must hold the puppy, or the breeder reserves the right to move the family to an upcoming litter while blessing someone on the waiting list with the puppy that is ready for its forever family. Every puppy (and breeder) deserves a family who is anxiously awaiting his/her adoption day:)

Acceptable payment methods are personal/cashier’s checks, money orders, or Zelle (using Ever After’s email or phone number). Checks should be written to Ever After Labradoodles, LLC and sent to our Spokane address which will be emailed to adopting families.

Every puppy with Ever After comes with a Pet Contract and Two Year Health Warranty. A spay/neuter agreement is required within the contract for all pet families.

In addition, Ever After's families go home with:

However, the best judge of how much to feed your dog is by how he/she looks and feels. Keep your dog a healthy weight.

  • FYI - Ever After has recently made changes to our food protocol which we are happy to discuss with anyone interested;) We suggest Purina One Puppy (or Voyager Performance) three times a day for puppies up to 5-6 months of age. After that, we recommend twice-a-day feedings of Voyager High Performance Chicken Formula from Voyagerdogfoodco.com. Allow 6 business days for Voyager to arrive by mail once ordered.

  • A promise that we at Ever After are only a phone call away for any help you may need along the way.
